ABT, a German tuning firm has announced a package upgrade for the Lamborghini Urus. ABT is known for its Volkswagen Group tuning specialist. The power plant named Volkswagen Group V8 is located in front of the Urus. ABT should showcase their work on the super-SUV performance.
Over one year, Lamborghini Urus has been in the production phase and uses 4.0-litre FSI twin-turbocharged V8 which was built by Porsche and sits within Bentley Bentayga V8 as well. And more likely it will power the upcoming Audi Q8 version.
ABT has chosen for a simple chiptune which enhances power output by 60 hp up to 710 hp with a total of 910 Nm of torque. As compared to the standard model’s 3.6-second rating, the additional power enhances the 60 mph sprint time by 0.2 seconds with a 3.4 second time.
Warranty is one of the biggest considerations while tuning such an expensive car. ABT will provide tailored full warranty service for each tuning package with tuning itself for each vehicle.
