ABT Gives New Volkswagen Golf GTI TCR 340hp

ABT has labeled its mark on the new Volkswagen Golf GTI TCR. The swansong GTI was launched late last year. Though the replacement is left for the coming 12 months. ABT has an amazing work culture of fine-tuning Volkswagen products.

The package centers surrounding an ABT Engine Control system enhances the 290 hp hot hatch to 340 hp. Even torque is increased by 50 Nm, the GTI TCR now provides a 430 Nm punch. There are enough improvements to reduce 0.2 seconds off of the 100 km/h sprint with the latest top speed of 265 km/h.

There is an improvement in the lateral dynamics of the Volkswagen Golf GTI TCR with a group of ABT suspension springs and an ABT height adjustable suspension kit. In order to take off roll, ABT has supplied anti-roll bars along with the standard suspension.

ABT has selected for a unique wheelset for a short position. The 20-inch rims are ABT’s GR units, coated in glossy black with a diamond-machined rim flange. As of now, pricing is not disclosed.
