The company has the capability to expand the limit of the turbo-diesel V8 to 503 horsepower and 715 pound-feet of torque.
ABT Sportsline is a premier name in tuning Volkswagen Group vehicles. The company’s latest project offers the Audi SQ8 a macho exterior look, and there's more ability to match the greedy appearance.
The body kit consists of a new front spoiler that makes a larger inlet under the grille. The remaining focal point is at the back where the SQ8 has a much larger spoiler on the roof. Under that, there is an upgraded lower fascia that integrates strakes to each corner.
ABT has four-wheel designs as well that are accessible for the sporty crossover. The 22-inch GR is a 10-spoke design that is accessible in gloss or matte black finish. The HR Aero has 10 groups of double spokes and has a Dark Smoke finish. The HR-F is in Shadow Silver with either 22- or 23-inch diameters.
The company also offers small interior styling changes such as a cap over the engine start button and entrance lights.
The ABT Engine Control unit assists in enhancing the crossover's results. Now, the mild-hybrid 4.0-liter turbo diesel V8 now generates 503 horsepower (375 kilowatts) and 715 pound-feet (970 Newton-meters) relative to stock 429 hp (320 kW) and 664 lb-ft (900 Nm). The modifications and enhancements make the acceleration time to 62 miles per hour (100 kilometers per hour) to 4.6 seconds, rather than standard 4.8 seconds.
Apart from that, ABT provides a suspension enhancement that caters to the owner with different levels of height adjustment. The lowest mode is Coffee Mode that reduces the crossover by 2.559 inches (65 millimeters) in comparison to the Comfort Mode of the stock crossover.
