Audi SQ7 Gets More Power, New Wheels From ABT

ABT, the popular German aftermarket tuning firm known for offering the models of Audi, VW, and others more power and new appearance. Currently, the firm is back in action with the refreshed Audi SQ7. It’s a modest package that enhances the horsepower and torque.

ABT enhances the diesel-powered SQ7 through its proprietary engine control unit jumping from 435-horsepower (320-kilowatt) diesel V8 to 510 hp (380 kW). And there is also an increase in Torque from 664 pound-feet (900 Newton-meters) of torque to 715 lb-ft (970 Nm). ABT Sound Control is also present for models equipped with the factory-fitted active sound system. 

Apart from enhanced power, ABT is also providing matching ABT wheels that are obtainable in three different versions. The Sport GR wheel is present in glossy or matte black while the HR Aero wheel is in dark smoke. The HR-F wheel is in shadow silver. ABT is building an aerodynamic widebody kit as well that will be present to order next year. ABT will also provide many interior touches such as the ABT start-stop switch cap with an illuminated logo, or ABT door entry lighting.

The torque is huge, and ABT’s simple tune can offer even more performance. The stunning wheels of SUV help to give it a stylish appearance, and the widebody kit that will be present soon should increase the SQ7’s looks even more.
