Brabus has recently unveiled its upgraded version of the Mercedes-AMG GLE 63 S Coupe, featuring its 800 package. With this enhancement, the vehicle's engine now boasts an impressive 800 horsepower and a formidable 1000 Newton-meters of torque. This transformation transforms the GLE 63 S Coupe into a serious contender, rivaling the likes of the Lamborghini Urus. Accelerating from 0 to 100 kilometers per hour in just 3.4 seconds, and boasting a top speed electronically limited to 280 kilometers per hour, it's the latest addition to Brabus's elite "supercars" family.
Brabus's engineering team has meticulously fine-tuned the electronic engine control mapping, recalibrating the electronic boost pressure control and optimizing power delivery while ensuring the vehicle's long-term durability. Extensive testing on racetracks and public roads has been conducted to guarantee both safety and exceptional performance.
Under the hood, the GLE 63 S initially packs a 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 engine capable of producing up to 612 horsepower and 850 Newton-meters of torque. However, Brabus's PowerXtra B40-S-800 conversion takes this to the next level, boosting power output by a staggering 188 horsepower and torque by an additional 150 Newton-meters. This results in an astounding 800 horsepower at 5,900 RPM and a whopping 1000 Newton-meters available at a low 3,500 RPM, enabling a rapid 0-100 kilometers per hour sprint in just 3.4 seconds.
To give drivers more control, the GLE 63 S comes with an automatic or manual shifting option, facilitated by ergonomic Brabus Race paddle shifters on the steering wheel. Additionally, an optional Brabus Memory System allows users to permanently deactivate the standard automatic start-stop feature. Brabus stands behind their work, offering a 3-year or 100,000-kilometer tuning warranty for all units.
The vehicle also boasts a high-performance stainless steel sports exhaust system featuring actively controlled flaps, optimizing engine performance and tailoring the sound profile to the driver's selected mode.
Externally, the GLE 63 S showcases a front spoiler that reduces front-axle lift at high speeds, imparting a sporty aesthetic. Racing-inspired elements refine the side profile, and a Brabus diffuser insert, prominently displaying titanium/carbon tailpipes, graces the rear fascia. The front spoiler also enhances high-speed stability.
Inside, the cabin is adorned with Alcantara and Brabus Mastic breathable leather on the seats, dashboard, door panels, and headliners. Aluminum door lock pins, aluminum pedals, stainless-steel cuffs with a color-changing backlit Brabus logo, and high-gloss carbon fiber elements complete the interior's sophisticated look.
For a distinctive road presence, the GLE 63 S boasts a selection of Brabus alloy wheels, available in various designs and diameters ranging from 21 to 24 inches. These wheels are paired with low-profile tires measuring 295/30 R 24, and an exclusive Brabus Monoblock Z 'Platinum Edition' hi-tech forged wheel in a 10Jx24 king-sized format is offered as an option.
Furthermore, an Airmatic air suspension system control module is available, lowering the vehicle's ride height by 25mm to enhance its stance and driving dynamics by lowering the center of gravity.
