Porsche 991 Turbo GT Street R and GT Street R convertible - by Techart

Techart, the German Porsche tuning company have both Coupe and Convertible versions of their most potent Porsche on display at the Geneva motor show 2017. Based on the Porsche 911 Turbo and 911 Turbo S, the GT street R features extensive carbon fibre body parts.

The Techart Porsche 991 Turbo carbon fibre components include a carbon fibre front apron, Techart Porsche 991 Turbo central air outlet, Techart Porsche 991 Turbo carbon air frames and a lightweight carbon front lid. Techart Porsche 991 Turbo Carbon front fenders are included with wider front wheel air outlets. There are Techart Porsche 991 Turbo carbon side skirts, carbon air intakes, Techart Porsche 991 Turbo rear diffuser and central carbon fibre exhaust pipes.

The Techart Porsche 991 Turbo rear wing raises automatically. Active aerodynamics provide a total downforce of 321 kg at 300 km/h in Performance Mode.

The Porsche 911 Turbo’s 3.8 litre engine gets an impressive two stage power boost. The first stage takes the 560 hp unit up to 640 hp and a maximum torque of 880 Nm. The second stage allows for 720 hp.
