Manhart Performance has just revealed the most powerful version of the Audi RS Q8. It’s called the Manhart RQ 900. The 4.0L V8 twin-turbo engine delivers a maximum power output of 600hp and 800 Nm of torque in typical conditions, but the tuner has extensively altered the car to get 918hp and 1,180 Nm of torque. The performance data have not been disclosed, but you can bet it is faster than the stock car, which goes from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.8 s before reaching a high speed of 305 km/h.

The ECU was substantially remapped after installing new hardware, which included larger turbos. The RQ 900 package includes a Manhart intercooler, a carbon intake by Eventuri, a Manhart turbo performance kit, and Manhart sport downpipes with 200-cell catalysts. The latter does not have TUV approval and is therefore just intended for export. The sport downpipes have been linked to a stainless steel exhaust system with valve control capabilities. The tailpipes are accessible with ceramic or carbon coating.
